Ginger Pear Jam

If ginger is your jam you will love this sweet pear spread made with ripe fall pears and heaps of fresh ground ginger. Smear on breakfast toast and spoon into yogurt. Try this jam with blue cheese and on hearty bread. Mix with soy sauce and use for grilled chicken.
